Where are orders shipped from?

All orders are prepared and shipped from Istanbul, Türkiye.

How long does order preparation take?

Ready-to-ship orders are usually prepared within 2–5 business days. Some designer or special-order items may require 2–3 weeks for preparation. The expected preparation time is mentioned in the product description.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and the shipping carrier. Most international orders arrive within approximately 3–10 business days after shipment.

Please note that preparation time and shipping time are separate.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

Which shipping companies do you use?

We work with trusted shipping partners, including FedEx and Almanara Cargo. The carrier may vary depending on the destination.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

For selected destinations, including certain Gulf countries, no additional customs duties are required upon delivery. You only pay the total amount shown at checkout.

For other international destinations, customs duties, import taxes, or additional local charges may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Return and exchange eligibility depends on the destination and the condition of the item. International orders may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once the order has entered preparation or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

How long does it take to receive a reply?

We usually respond within a few hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours during weekends, public holidays, or busy periods.
